CPI, is a Certified Professional Inspector® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors, and provides education, training, certification, benefits and support for its members. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing. Bonnie has acquired extensive home inspector training through InterNACHI’s rigorous Continuing Education curriculum, which includes dozens of live classroom, online, and video training courses, written by experts in their field, which have received more than 1,400 accreditations by state and governmental agencies throughout North America. If your participating inspector misses a covered item, we'll buy your home. Additional terms and conditions apply, including: A home with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, per InterNACHI's Standards of Practice, is not eligible for buy-back. A home with issues not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Standards of Practice, is not eligible for buy-back. The Guarantee applies to your primary residence only. The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent. The Guarantee may be honored for up to 90 days after closing. The inspection must be performed by an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® already participating in the Buy-Back Program. InterNACHI® will pay you the purchase price, but you are responsible for any applicable fees and real estate commissions.
Dirty evaporator coils can dramatically reduce its efficiency. This was in a air handler that did not have a filter. The filter protects the coils and should be changed out at least every 30 days.
